水濑祈（真名：清野有沙）是日本的女性声优、演员、歌手，东京都出身，所属声优事务所为AXL-ONE，唱片公司为King Records。

曾经在チャームキッズ（Charm Kids，一个专门培养少女偶像的机构）以偶像身份出道，2010年1月5日毕业。期间名义为【末永みお】。

Sony Music Artists的试听出身，初中三年级时饰演《世纪末超自然学院》的冈本灯一角，从而以声优身份出道。

2013年，在NHK的晨间剧《海女》中饰演成田丽奈。由此在同年的NHK红白歌会的企划单元中决定和海女的主要演员一起出场，作为"GMTスペシャルユニット feat.アメ横女学園芸能コース”的一员在舞台上披露了《暦の上ではディセンバー》。

2015年12月2日，20岁生日当天歌手出道，唱片公司为King Records。

2016年，凭借着在《心灵想要大声呼喊》中成濑顺的出色表演，获得了第10回声优奖主演女优奖并且因为仪式超时导致获奖感言在NICO生上被中途切出真实神之女儿、第25回日本电影影评人大奖动画部门新人声优奖。

2017年7月，正式宣布与Sony Music Artists事务所合同到期并将退出该事务所。

2017年9月，宣布加入AXL-ONE事务所。

2017年12月2日在东京国际Forum Hall A举行了第一次个人演唱会。（同时也是出道二周年、新的Fan Club祈町创建日、22岁的生日会全场5000观众一起庆祝生日）

Inori Minase is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer who made her singing debut in December 2015 under King Records label. In March 2016, she won the Best Lead Actress Award in the 10th Seiyu Awards for her leading roles as Jun Naruse in the box office hit The Anthem of the Heart and as Yuki Takeya in the anime television series School-Live!. Her other major roles include Chino in Is the Order a Rabbit?, Noel in Celestial Method, Hestia in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Rem in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Chito in Girls' Last Tour, and Tamaki “Kimari” Mari in A Place Further than the Universe.

어렸을 적에 세일러문에 나오는 세일러 비너스와 명탐정 코난의 모리 란을 좋아했는데, 그러던 중 모친으로부터 성우라는 직업을 알게 되면서부터 성우가 되고 싶었다고 한다. 실제로 오디션에 참가했을 때 모친이 적극적으로 밀어줬다고 한다. '주문은 토끼입니까?'의 카후우 치노역으로 주연을 맡게 되었으며, 상당한 인기를 얻은 작품에서 최고 인기 캐릭터인 치노를 맡은 덕에 본격적인 인지도를 얻어 천체의 메소드의 노엘과 학교생활의 타케야 유키, 던만추의 헤스티아 등 계속 주연 역할을 맡으며 선방하다가 리제로의 렘을 맡아 다시 한번 훌륭한 연기력을 보여 여우주연상을 수상하며 현재는 상당한 인기와 인지도를 지닌 성우로 성장했다. 2017년에는 키라호시 시엘 역으로 프리큐어 시리즈의 데뷔마저 성공했다.
