Amanda Brugel (born March 24, 1978, height 5' 9" (1,75 m)) is a Canadianactress. Brugel, who was born in Montreal, currently appears in the television seriesMVP as Megan Chandler. She started out as a dancer but quit when she grew to be taller than her partners.

Her other series credits include Paradise Falls and guest appearances in Naked Josh, G-Spot and This is Wonderland as well as the film Jason X. She entered the renowned Theatre Program at York University with a Fine Arts Talent Scholaraship and graduated with a BFA degree. Attended Eastdale Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Oshawa, Ontario.
