Luis Moreno is an American actor with a double major in Drama/Dance and Philosophy from Bard College, upstate NY. After attending graduate school in acting at Columbia University, he's worked in many theaters in NY and around the United States, and started to work in film and tv, on shows such as "Person of Interest", "Blue Bloods", "Madam Secretary", and "Daredevil".
