In his brand new autobio Obama says that on the eve of sending planes to bomb Libya he met with some Congressional leaders on the subject of the upcoming campaign.

He fails to point to any part of the War Powers Resolution of 1973 where it states that after such a Congressional-leader meeting a President is automatically dismissed from his duty to consult Congress to continue the military campaign 60-90 days after it commenced!
