Susana Giménez, often shortened to SG, is an Argentine television talk show that has run nationally since 1987. Owned and hosted by its namesake, Susana Giménez, it remains one of the highest-rated TV shows in Argentine television history. Due to the popularity of the show, Giménez is usually compared to Oprah Winfrey.

The TV show is one of the most successful in Latin America.

Inspired by Pronto, Rafaella, hosted by Rafaella Carrá, the show was originally called Hola Susana and then Hola Susana, te estamos llamando. It has combined interviews, sketch comedy, games and live musical performances. Giménez has received national and international stars in what is known as her "living". In 1998 the show entered Guinness World Records because of all the letters Giménez received in her show, 32 million in total. Furthermore, during the first years of the show, telephone lines collapsed.

Susana Giménez is one of the longest-running television talk shows in Argentine history. The show has received 21 Martín Fierro Awards, including the Golden Martín Fierro and Platinum Martín Fierro.

Videomatch was a late-night 120-minute Argentine comedy show hosted by Marcelo Tinelli and broadcast on Telefe that debuted in 1989 in the midnight time slot. Currently the show still airs under the name of Showmatch.

With 22 black pearls to cover her costs, a mysterious woman abandons a baby at an exclusive school for girls. Perla grows up there, along with her best friend, Eva. One day, Tomas arrives and seduces Eva, leaving her pregnant. The two friends decide to have the baby and raise it together, never letting anyone know who is the child's real mother. But on their way to meet Eva's family, there is an accident and Eva dies. Perla survives and since she was found with Eva's purse, everyone believes that she is her. Perla decides to play along so that she could keep the baby and also make sure that he received all to which he was entitled. But arriving at Eva's family's house, she finds that no one wants her there--not her "grandmother," her "uncle," or her "cousin," Malvina. She also discovers that the slime who seduced her friend is Malvina's boyfriend! But Perla takes control of the family's cosmetics firm, determined to secure the best future for her "son," Charlie.

The series focuses about orphans living in a manor, known as Rincón de Luz, where they're guided by a young woman that represents a maternal figure for them.
