Comedian Billy Eichner, unfiltered and unapologetic, hits the streets of New York City to test unsuspecting strangers on their knowledge of music and pop culture. With microphone in hand and money in tow, Eichner gives contestants the chance to win cash by answering a series of hilarious and spontaneous questions. The catch? In this spoof of FX's The Americans, in the midst of the completely expected US-Canadian Cold War during the Trump Administration, two CIA sleeper agents pose as ordinary, married Canadians. Fiery patriot Elise and sensitive snowflake Felipe are called to fight the Red Maple Menace from within, and tensions freeze over. Between assassinating a famous Liberal, discovering their new neighbor is a Mountie, and navigating their own rocky marriage, Felipe and Elise are always treading on thin ice – sometimes literally.
