Enjoyed the movie but always wondered what the word "Indian"means in the context of the movie.

It's a brand of motorcycle. The one he was restoring in the movie.

Nice read. Looks like the Indian Motorcycle Company wanted nothing to do with it. Usually corporate swoops in, if nothing, at least for the PR.
