- Camerawork and bgm of entry scene is fantastic
- Interviewing for a flatmate is a brilliant idea
- Simple but beautiful twist at the end

Light streaming in dusty attic through holes in floor
Witty dialogue throughout, great natural delivery
The knife neck gag at the end (which I read was the most expensive prop in the whole production and it would only work once, so they had to get everything timed perfectly to the millisecond)
The fact that all of these people were unknown in 1994 but went on to become international megastars. I mean Ewan McGregor's 1st film???
