Great cast and performances all around except for Diaz. She was just out classed and it showed. She wasn't horrible, she just wasn't as good as the other actors and it kind of hurt the movie TBH. Loved Rickman. I miss that guy.

I certainly miss Alan Rickman - I can't understand what he was doing in this unfunny film. I watched some of it because of the cast - and of course the reputation of the Coen brothers but this was a misfire. The work of the Coens seems to be going downhill recently. I suppose humour is a very personal thing but I haven't found any of their work outstanding in a long while.
