Any fans of these intense & absorbing French dramas from this great director? Rust and Bone (2012) Read My Lips (2001)

I forgot about A Prophet, that was good. I saw The Beat That My Heart Skipped (2005) years ago but couldn't get into it. It's received lots of good reviews, might have to give it another try. He also just directed Joaquin Phoenix in The Sisters Brothers in 2018, but I haven't seen it yet.

I've seen A Prophet (good film but very hard to watch) & The Beat That My Heart Skipped (also a good film, I should give it a rewatch). Haven't see any of his other films but will try to one day.
