I've only reached number 4 in this franchise (plus the lame remake) and have been moderately entertained. This entry ain't bad, but is it worth watching any of the rest? Next one is 'A New Beginning'!! My expectations are pretty low!

As far as i can remember part 7 was good... I started to re-watch them all recently but didn't get very far... Part 8 and JGTH are notoriously bad as is Jason X, but I found that one to be entertaining...

It's funny that 'The Final Chapter' spawned another six sequels. Was surprised to actually see his disfigured face in TFC. Didn't think he ever lost the hockey mask.

I own them all and in all the featurettes it said three was the last, four, six and eight. They made to much money to stop
