The original title field is for the original title. The poster title is in the alternative titles: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/9728-friday-the-13th-part-3/edit?active_nav_item=alternative_titles

The theatrical poster used a numerical "3", not a Roman numeral. The title SHOULD be Friday the 13th Part 3.

Posters are never used to determine original titles (just like Banana said). I know it's nice if the titles match, but that is not always the case. Please read up on the original title section in the Contribution Bible.
