Foreign genre comes back without anybody adds back!

i removed this genre 5 days ago and it's back ! nobody did add tis since i removed it.
DO SOMETHING please. it's not the only movie like this
FOREIGN genre should be completely removed as it represents nothing. it goes from children animation movies to horror film ... a real chaos !

Thx for the reply.
For the moment i lock the genres on my side in Plex media server. i'll check genres later on TMdb.
