Yes, but it was cut by 6s, so submitted runtime was 116m 4s.
I actually don't know how this works! So, my general question:
When this film played at a theatre in the UK back at that time, which version did the viewers in the theatre watch? Did the viewers watch the film in the cut version or in the submitted version? We should use the version that was actually shown!
USA original release was uncut with runtime more than 116m, so there's no need to use the UK cut runtime, because the original release was in the USA. These seconds are only important, because TMDb always rounds runtimes up, not to closest minute like IMDb.
Also, the business website The Numbers states that the movie was originally rated "R", after an appeal they got a "PG" rating. Perhaps - and this is just my speculation - they also cut the scene of 6 seconds as it happened in the UK?
Here's my decision (I'm tired of searching): We'll keep 116 mins as a runtime here on TMDb until anyone can present a legit source that states otherwise.

I can't find the data for a theatrical release on this source - 6 x BluRay.
The bbfc has an approved running time of 115m 58s -> 116! I think that's more accurate.

Are this seconds difference really important? I think there are many different cuts

I can't find any official source, but press reviews from 1982 all use 116 mins for this movie:
