Not the "best" movies, although they could easily be included, but your "personal favorites", warts and all.

I've noticed more movies are dear to my heart than others, even though others are "technically" or "critically" considered better. (I just recently rearranged my DVDs and it brought this up).

Here's my top 10, and then I'll list the rest up through 25. I've noticed I only love up to 25 films. A few I don't love but consider in my top 25 because I like them more than most I've seen, and they also have technical achievement as well (like The Departed). Then comes a bunch of movies I "really liked", and then many I just "liked" beyond that:

These are movies you'd like to watch any time they're on or you get a chance (not "one and done" even if they're technically considered great). An example would be: Dirty Dancing or Pretty Woman for girls- practically 9/10 girls I've ever known say those two are some of their favorite movies, even though they'd never make critics' lists..
