So he steals their brains that runs the energy in their town, their prize possession. Kills half their guys and they just let him go? What a bunch of crap. Now I remember why I never liked this film. It's true it doesn't have as much action as the other films but thats not what kills it for me. What kills it for me is how often shit doesn't make sense in it. Its not well thought out and not a lot happens in it. I think they were relying too much on the novelty of the lord of the flies like kids whose existence did not make any sense anyways. Lots of other stuff didn't make sense like his pet monkey surviving the desert when he was found half dead. Talk about an eye roller. This movie will have you looking at the back of your head more often than your TV screen.

I am not a realistic purist by any stretch of the imagination. I know you have to suspend disbelief for most movies, especially action movies. But this one constantly insults my intelligence. Like how in the hell do the Morrowland children even exist? It's clear that the end of civilization happened a long time ago yet there are no parents in sight. It is heavily implied that they crashed with Captain Walker and he left to go get help. This would make every child on that plane adults by the time we see them yet they are all quite young with no one round to have even have birthed them.
I really liked the latest entry. It was a lot of fun and in the vein of The Road Warrior type of fun. They need to make more like that one.

He had no vehicle, no friends, no water, no food, no shelter, and no map.
They didn't "just let him go". They sentenced him to a slow death in the desert

Um, didn't they try that before when they tied his hands behind his back, put a Mardi Gras helmet on him and put him on a horse backwards? Pretty sure this "sentence" was a major improvement.

Right.
I can already see where this is going. You're one of those people who, no matter how many facts they hear, they just keep going round in circles.
So, whatever. Enjoy your hatred of Thunderdome

I could say the same about you blatantly ignoring the fact the end was fucking stupid. Like he couldn't have had a plan to tell the plane to do rendezvous with him later. So gimme a fuckin' break with your "Uh, well they meant to do that! So there!" .
