It was most likely locked because it's a Netflix film, and Netflix is no longer available in Russia. Was the film released on another legal streaming platform in Russia?

I think it's fine to add the title as Netflix is available in Azerbaijan or Ukraine, and they offer Russian language selection as well. ru-RU isn't like zh-CN, right?

If the film is available in Russian via either of those countries, that would be fine yeah.
edit: The only Russian link I see via a quick Google search is Moldova: https://www.netflix.com/md-ru/title/81480320, but that works.
