It all ends well, sort of. Audrey had dumped him and years later betrayed his trust by stealing the tape. Should Nick have forgiven Audrey so easily for what she did?

She's a flight risk, so no.
I just watched this again. If you removed the acting this might have been a good film. The actress who played Audrey was just plain awful. I see her career pretty much ended just after this film.
