I was wondering why I didn't recall ever hearing about this movie even though it had some decent reviews on the other site that shall not be named. Well, now I know why - because it sucks. A boring story that seems to feature what appears to be the world's most incompetent detective fumbling around solving the mysterious and uninteresting case of Puerto Rican guns. The best parts are probably when the evil mastermind decides that the best way to escape a gunfight is to climb up a one way trip up a crane with the one handed Robert Duvall following him in lethargic pursuit and when Robert Duvall is making his escape in the city with a stolen bus and the Puerto Rican hoodlums empty their guns at the bus and chase him all around town and for what: to give him a beating.
