So they all died. I was watching it earlier where it ends once George and Fran take off. It seems so blunt and a little anticlimatic. I don't know of the suicide ending would be better, but that scenes needs something extra like an island or she gives birth to the baby

I agree! Probably thru commentary or the internet, but most fans learned that Peter and Fran's helicopter run out of fuel and they die. All of that for that???? But they were in Pittsburgh, with low fuel, are there really any islands nearby they could have safely gotten to?
