Why did the security camera NOT capture Crown positioning the briefcase under the bench? When he first got there, the heater would not have had enough time to sufficiently heat up the room, so the cameras would still have been seeing everything clearly.

That footage alone would have been a clear indication that he was the source of the "mysterious 3rd leg".

Or, did I miss something?
