Not sure I could tell you why but I’ve always liked this movie. Charlie Sheen gives such a great self effacing performance in it. Love the direct lift of Diehard music throughout. Same composer? Also the trope of the bleach blonde villain. Awesome cheesy stuff but actually well shot with Sarafian doing his most earnest McTiernan impersonation.
