That's a great closing, wonder.
I haven't seen this movie since it had its first broadcast on t.v. back in 1997 or '98, so don't remember anything about it at this point - other than that this is the film with the fun scene with that same guy singing the Bacharach-David song "I Say a Little Prayer", that everyone then joins in on!
