A driver Ma Xiaojun, who has been transporting mental patients for years, accidentally loses a mental patient outside his lover's shop during one of his job trips. At their wits' end and afraid of taking responsibility Ma and Xiao Feng come up with a daring idea to catch some customers and send them to the hospital as mental patients.
