The last act is a bit weaker as the plot needs to be resolved and the script almost goes off the rails, but then the ending covers it nicely and overall leaves a good impression.

Well done and a good job for a noob director. I see that in his next movie he cast Mel Gibson and Shia LaBeouf. Risky move there, but hopefully that cast will not end his career earlier than expected.

There hasn't been anything written about this movie since 2019 (except for a tweet on twitter a year ago that basically said the same things).

She was very good in Black Bear.
