I assume the first version was 87.
And in a later version it was released without cuts with 89.
I believe that in this case should be the initial version.

USA cut version 87:22 Rewind
UK uncut version 89:00 BBFC
You can use 88 or 89 min. USA release was on February 4, 1983 and UK on November 25, 1983.

If I remember correctly, here in TMDb the rounding is always done up.
So we got 88.
