same here every source use "stösst", by the way all movies or shows should use the speeling rules of the time

The spelling of these words have not changed since many decades (or even longer)! They are not affected by the German orthography reform of 1996 (and later revisions), i.e. it is wrong today and was also wrong at release date.
N.b.: The German orthography reform of 1996 (incl. later revisions) changed the spelling from ‘ß’ to ‘ss’ in some cases (e.g. ‘daß’ to ‘dass’), but not for all words! IMHO there was no change from ‘ss’ to ‘ß’ at all.
