Why go for that stupid bald head, it felt whole movie very unnatural since they didn't bother to hide his perfect teeth as if all old men had to be bald.
That disappearance from dreams was quite abrupt and not explained considering he still keep appearing in them abroad.
All in all I enjoyed much more Eternal sunshine of... or even Being John malkovich.

It makes him look more pathetic, which plays into his character. The bald head wasn't nearly as off-putting as the voice (again, done to make him sound more annoying and pathetic).
