Discuss JFK

Very fast paced and suspenseful. Usually long monologues can fall flat on their face, but his appearance and demeanour still show a man with a burdon of the truth, fearful of his life and risking everything he has on bringing the killers to justice. One of my favorite scenes

There's a lot of subtext to this film that needed tying together to make things coherent. X's long explanation does that in an essential way.

Sutherland had an ominous presence and made the take seemed like it was true. I don't know why he couldn't do the same as merrick, but he impressed me with that scene.
