Sleepers is probably exaggerated, but entertaining just the same.

The Count of Monte Cristo plays a huge part in the movie, begging the question as to which is more important: Truth or Justice?

The main character (Lorenzo) is the most fortunate (or least unfortunate) of the bunch, and thus is able to tell the story. But in all likelihood, the so-called physical abuse suffered at the hands of the guards was strictly verbal. Still, a 7/10 from me.
