I've seen Lobster (same director) and it was extremely boring and a little nonsensical. I enjoy movies that are "deep" but not the ones that have so many meanings and later they'll expect some genius/beautiful interpretation that the director can claim it was his.
Trailer looks good and reviews are great but when you see too many comments from critics, it means the film is crap.
Any normal person here who've seen it? Is it entertaining?

Is it worth watching? Overall, yes. But it's not for everyone. If you're familiar with Yorgos Lanthimos's other movies and you didn't like them you probably will hate it, but if you like his movies/style you'll probably like this, but it's certainly a weird one.
If you are only interested in seeing Emma Stone naked and in various sexual situations you will certainly be getting your money's worth.

At first, I think it is enteresting and exciting. It has much faster tempo than Lobster and it has many colorful and amazing scene. Its sound effect or BGM also aren't comfortable but charming.
With those aspects, it can be the killing time (successful commercial )movie.
And If you wanna enjoy this movie deeper with interpertation of director, the movie also will welcome your challange.
With these reasons I recomment this movie to all adult.

I got about half-way through. I will probably finish it. I just lost attention. Nothing wrong with the film, as a matter of fact, the actors are what kept me going. Emma Stone is amazing. Just not my cup of tea. After finding out it's the same director as The Lobster, it makes sense. I got about 15 minutes into that one.

The movie is a fresh coat of a lot of things. I went in with zero hopes but i found the whole movie riveting. The acting, the setting, the lightning, the minimalistic avant garde music and colorful costumes. Emma Stone absolutely nailed it..
If you find yourself tired of the Hollywood rubbish, searching for something fresh and new, Poor Things is worth a look.

Couldn't continue watching this one past the 30-minute mark. Too boring and contrived. Looking back at the scores I've give to this director, the only movie of his that really grabbed me was The Favourite, not sure if you've seen that one.
