What do you mean funny? Like a clown? Do I amuse you? Huh?
Yeah that's probably it. That little scene that Joe Pesci directed which you're referring to, when Tommy gives Henry a hard time is just pure cinematic gold. A perfect mix of humor and tension. It's also really good and funny when Henry gets some balls and says to Tommy, "You really ARE a funny guy! Ha ha hah!"
The past couple months I've been in a business relationship where they have to meet our financial agreement, so this scene rings true: ("Fuck you, pay me").
"Now the guy's got Paulie as a partner. Any problems, he goes to Paulie. Trouble with the bill? He can go to Paulie. Trouble with the cops, deliveries, Tommy, he can call Paulie. But now the guy's gotta come up with Paulie's money every week, no matter what. Business bad? Fuck you, pay me. Oh, you had a fire? Fuck you, pay me. Place got hit by lightning, huh? Fuck you, pay me." =)

Yeah that was a really good, funny scene! Too many good lines in it for me to recall really. It was brilliant to have the guy in the painting look a lot like Billy Batts, ha ha ha.
