Another vote for what a great film this is! Nothing can best the original but this will be as close as it can get. Loved how they linked it to Predator 2 as well.

this is what stream services should be releasing. Mid-range budget films that are decent. I'm all for the Predator to go to different ages in history and hunting.

Yes that would be good but from what I've read this was their first visit to earth, so they wouldn't be able to do anything before this (unless they have some time travel technology).

Ah yeah that was the first AvP. Completely forgot about that storyline. Considering Prey links to Predator 2, and that had the alien skull in it, I'm assuming they're in a shared universe.

Yeesh! Better than the original? Idk... I think the one with Brody had some decent scenes, especially the Fishburne scene. The first one I haven't seen in about 15 years but still feel like it stands in its own league entirely. Will have to watch it again...

I think better story yes. Comparing the original with Prey is apples and oranges. Both are really great entertainment.

It may be lower budget, but it is a much better story than the original.

Not sure about the original but easily bests any sequel.

I am excited with the new direction this series is taking!
