I would like to take a moment to object to this rule. Just because a marketing person decided to call this hour long special a "téléfilm" doesn't mean the site should list it this way. This really is just a hour length especial episode. IMDB lists it as an episode https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12816348/
This rule makes sense for something like Paw Patrol the move, but I don't think it works for specials exclusively made for TV.
