I really liked this movie. There is a special task force investigating a bombing. They employ a classified piece of technology which allows them to view events which occurred four days previously. It turns out it is capable of much more than that however. Denzel Washington is one of my favorite actors. So perhaps that is one reason I like this movie so much.

Washington plays an ATF agent named Doug Carlin who is investigating the murder of a girl named Claire Kuchever. He deduces that she was murdered by the bomber the task force is searching for and he relays this information to them. So they make him a part of the team and read him in on the one of a kind, ground breaking, classified, technology they are using.

What follows is a mix of detective work and fascinating technological intervention into the investigation and the crime.

At the end of the movie Doug has a case of deja vu in the car with Claire. But I can't imagine he could ever believe the story she was going to tell him.
