I love this movie but think I've watched it way too times, especially during my youth.

Yeah, back during my John Woo obsession I watched this to death. 'Tis awesome though.

It's pretty awesome and it never really seems outdated either.

When I was a kid in the early 2000's, this was my favorite movie for a long time. It is that nostalgic feel for me, but when I sometimes watch it today, as an adult...it's actually not that great :D

Whoa. I cannot believe you’ve said that. What about the movie changed your opinion?

Well...it's hard to say exactly...it's probably that thing like when you listen one song over and over again, or in this case I saw this movie many times trough the years...you start to notice every bad thing, every N. Cage over the top moment (which I often like, because they are so funny) now are annoying, stupid character decisions (from Travolta character primarily)...I don't know, just overal feeling. As I said it's not bad, it's just not great :D
