It's been a while since I've seen Juno and I really have no interest in seeing it again (it did not age well, imo). I was under the impression that Juno and Vanessa bonded and that they had an open adoption. I'm not saying that Juno would hang around all the time, but I believed that Vanessa and Juno would remain in contact and that Vanessa's son would know that he was adopted and would be able to have a relationship with Juno if either of them wanted.

The only issue I could see is if Juno and Paulie ended up staying together and having a family of their own. Vanessa's son might resent that, especially considering that he would be growing up with a single parent.
