Sorry, I'm this topic is probably annoying since this film has so many names, but the original name (first released in Italy) is Zombi 2 so shouldn't that be whats displayed first? I was just reading a similar discussion on the page for "Dracula" 1958 (titled "Horror of Dracula" in the USA) and it made sense to me to choose "Dracula" since that was the original title in the UK. Shouldn't it be the same for this film? I'm in the US so I know this film as just "Zombie" and "Zombie Flesh Eaters" is just the UK name... not the original name, Zombi 2. Sorry, I'm a big horror nerd.

Um, long story short, TMDb supports international titles. The Italian title, Zombi 2, is the original title: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/7219-zombi-2/edit?active_nav_item=primary_facts But, as far as I know, none of the distributor use that title.
The decision for the English title was explained here (and the translated title guidelines are in the Bible).
