But I'm wondering: Are you sure the only spoken language is Italian?!? Because they also filmed in the USA and the plot also plays on a Caribbean island, in part. So, it's possible that the original film had English and Spanish language, even if only a few words. My problem is: I can only find dubbed English versions of this film online, not the Italian original. Do you know more about this content?!? Or anyone else?

I've only seen the English dubbed version. Maybe with these old Italian movies that were always dubbed, it'd be easier only use the original dubbed language?

I have no idea what to decide?!? As always, we should definitely use the first original release, and I assume that's the version in which most of the characters speak Italian. Isn't it? But what I'm wondering about: Maybe some of the characters also speak English and/or Spanish - it could be. I just don't know how to find out ...

Most of the Italian movies didn't record any live sound, so even the original Italian language was dubbed. I think you're wondering, if the Italian dubbing used other languages, than the primary language Italian? That I must check from the Blu-ray when I have time, if we want to record that info.

Yes, I didn't know that. I know almost nothing about these kind of films, and about the genre in general ...

Well, yes, according to the Contribution Bible, the field for spoken languages has to be filled with:

"Only the languages spoken in the original version. No translated/dubbed languages."

I'm not sure what to do with dubbed original versions, though?!? I guess we could say: "It is an Italian movie in the first place, so which languages were used in the Italian dubbed version?" I think that's the way to go in this case!

Finally I was able to check the original Italian dubbed version from my Blu-ray. And I can now confirm that the only language used for the dubbing was Italian. Most of the actors weren't speaking Italian on screen of course, but that was normal for an old Italian movie. This data has now been updated on IMDb. I got an email confirming that they only want to include original release's dubbing languages.
