GoldenEye was a pretty good start to the Brosnan era (politics, a whole lot of action, he looks great in a suit), but it did miss a few Bond beats (Bond didn't DO anything with the BMW; and we don't see him kiss the girl at the end) — well, Tomorrow Never Dies kicks it up several notches!
Political intrigue, laughs in the right spots, exotic locales, gorgeous views, a return to the sympathetic, sultry temptress (as opposed to a Blush Onatopp crazy bitch)...lots of action and gadgets, the BMW gets lots of time to shine, the motorcycle vs. helicopter sequence was crazy, the bad guys get it good, and Bond and Wai Lin (one of the great, and very underappreciated, Bond girls) finally embrace at the end, after smouldering all movie long.
So far, Brosnan is 2 for 2 for me.

This is the only non Daniel Craig Bond film I don't have in my collection!
I'm not sure why though as I always liked it and also would probably rank this above Goldeneye, even although most people seem to rate that as the top Brosnan effort.
