Extra Details: German and Original title, because it is the german one is Winnetou III, cannot change it because both fields are locked For a german movie I think it makes no sense to write the title in an extra field for the german title, but also it's wrong here

Fixed. You are correct, we are not supposed to have a German title when the original title is in German. Same for English original titles. Thanks.
(I added Winnetou III as an alternative title.)
