May Day found redemption in sacrifice, that's not typical for a villain's squeeze. Good on her.
But Zorin's death was meh. Falling off the Golden Gate Bridge? Boring.
Remember when Mr. Big blew up and exploded in Live and Let Die?!
Or how about Elliot Carver getting grinded into hamburger in Tomorrow Never Dies?!
There have been some fun final deaths over the years, but Zorin's isn't among them, to me, anyway. Poetic? Yes, given he showed the non-investor the door leading to his falling to his death, so he did get a taste of his own medicine. Wonderful. But still boring.

True, one of the less creative villain deaths. They could've at least had him screaming "Moah! Moah powahhhh"

People are gonna hate this, considering that "A View to a Kill" is thought by many-- both the professional critics and many Bond diehards --to be among the worst of the Bond entries, but . . .
I've always liked it. A lot. Yes, nowadays, some of its antics and stunts appear hopelessly cheap-- with no apparent attempts to hide some of the fakery --but, "A View to a Kill" is a guilty pleasure of mine. I missed it in the theaters when it came out, but I watched it on HBO constantly in the late 1980s. I love Roger, I love Christopher, and I love all the classic Bond theme music, and who doesn't love the namesake song by Duran Duran? Crank that sound up!
Also, who knew that the British Secret Service/Royal Navy had fully-furnished luxury mini-submarines? I sure didn't;).
A 6 out of 10. Yeah, that's right-- I said it, and I stand by it!

That following on from the Beach Boys was pure Rogertainment...
