Stanley Tucci was awesome as Caesar, but for some reason when I read the books, I pictured Regis Philban as Caesar. Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

Caesar is a very ambivalent character -- Katniss in the books even has nice things to say about him, even though he is a sleazeball in the movie . He could have been played in several different ways.
@CharlesTheBold Over the years I have Hunger Games fans have been on an on about how wonderful Cesaer is.
But as we both know that Cesaer is a tool of The Capitol. His job to help normalize the game for the Capitol residents. If the best way was to be nice to the Tributes, then how he would behave.
