Yes, correct. The title should just be Glass Onion. This is a promotional subtitle, not part of the actual film. Like Rogue One.

A good comp for this is the Fear Street series, which includes a "Part 1, 2, 3" sequence in the promo & streaming display titles (to ensure that people click on them in the correct order), but which doesn't include it in the in-film, onscreen titles.
