Anyone ever notice what a bad substitute they used for the Elm St house in this?

Since this movie was filmed in Canada, they couldn't use the same house that was used in all the other Elm St movies.

The house they used is such a bad substitution. I guess you can argue that the house had to be renovated after the last chronological entry, but it's still clearly not the same house.

Not sure why they couldn't have just used stock footage/CG to keep the same house....
