Extra Details: This IMBD id and title should be the movie Inside, Directed by Daryn Tufts, starring Luke Goss, but it has the poster and cast list from the french movie Histoire de pen.

They are the same movie: Inside is the English international title, and Histoire de Pen is the original French-Canadian title. An English film poster has simply not been uploaded yet so TheMovieDB is using the French-Canadian DVD cover art.
If you can find an English version movie poster that meets TheMovieDB image guidelines, please upload it :)
