Discuss Trauma Center

My vast experience in the medical field tells me that this movie hospital was not very realistic in any way! In what kind of hospital can you show up in a T-shirt packing two guns in the open in an armpit carry and nobody gives a damn? Also what kind of a hospital would allow some cops to seal off an entire floor for no apparent good reason? Well, the kind of hospital that tells a gunshot victim with an open wound that their surgeons are too busy to do anything about it - you can bleed to death in your room. This hospital also does not seem to care that a fire alarm goes off in the sealed section : no reaction from anyone and the doors stay shut.

Also what is going on with Bruce Willis? His acting is aging like fine milk. Somehow his acting has gotten significantly worse as he has gotten older, and with this movie he has hit a new rock bottom. You really need to see it to believe it.

A bonus mention to the rogue cop who loses an important micro SIM card and just decides to pat his leather coat pockets and realizes he has lost his micro sim card. Impressive tactile sensitivity in his hands to be able to feel a paper thin sim card has disappeared.

Bruce is just getting lazy. He's still got it, but he doesn't use it. I saw him in something recently - wish I could remember what - and I recall being struck by the observation that he actually did a fine job, for a change. For my money, he's just complacent and lazy at this stage of his life and/or career.
