On the other hand, as a student film project, it was pretty decent. Although I'd guess it was apparently cooler in 1971 than it is now.
Yes, it is a reworked student project, and it definitely has rough edges. Today it's more a historical curiosity than anything else. I sometimes wonder whether that phone number still exists, and if so, do the owners of it ever get crank calls asking for George. I'm guessing the phone company may have retired the number by now.
