Yes, I do agree. I mentioned in another thread on this board, that I just re-watched Grease on the big screen this week. I cringed in my seat when Sid Caeser uttered that line.
When I first watched it in a movie theater over 40 years ago, I didn't think much about it, then. In the context of when the line was written ... if you watch some scenes from the lead-up to the dance contest, and even old videos of Dick Clark's American bandstand, it was not unusual for two girls to be dancing together. Innocently written then, but offensive now.

JESUS...IT MEANS NOTHING...WAS NOT A NO GAYS THINGS.COUPLES ATTEND A DANCE.GROUPS OF SINGLES AND SETS OF FRIENDS ARE THE PROHIBITED FOLKS.
