A capo di una importante ditta di trasporti c'è una energica ragazza che ha di proposito bandito qualsiasi sentimentalismo. Contro i suoi sistemi alquanto dittatoriali, si accanisce un tipo di giovanotto scanzonato il quale incomincia a baciare in modo sconveniente la sorella della ragazza il giorno delle sue nozze, e poi attraverso una serie di situazioni artificiosamente create, riesce a riportare la giovane alla femminilità e all'amore.
